Here are the most frequently asked questions. 

What do I get for the prices I see on your website?
All prices are competitive and completely transparent so what you see here on my website are the prices you pay for each specific job that is described within the services section. If you are looking for anything additional such as extra word counts, more research or sourced images then please contact me so that I can prepare an accurate proposal and quotation for you. I am happy to discuss your bespoke requirements.
How do I pay?

Debit or credit card (or PayPal funds) via PayPal is our recognised and secure method of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. Your bank account statement will show a debit to BPMgt.

How will I receive my order?

Your finished project will be delivered to the email address you provide at the time of your order. Alternatively your documents and files can be uploaded to DropBox, WeTransfer or Google Docs ready for you to download.

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?

I sincerely hope you will be happy with my work, however, if you are dissatisfied then of course this can be discussed with a view to fixing any issues. Due to the nature of the work, refunds, returns or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed (exceptional circumstances considered) and this applies to all packages provided by Broadway Publishing. Of course, I totally understand the need for edits occasionally, and therefore offer a maximum of two edits or revisions per job undertaken.
